Customer Service Advisor
£26k
Monday to Friday onsite
Glasgow City Centre (5 minute walk from Glasgow Central or Queens Street)
Permanent
Start Date - May 2025
Oliver Smith Recruitment are working exclusively with our key client in Glasgow to recruit a Customer Service Advisor on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be working in an inclusive, friendly team where teamwork and encouragement sit at the very heart of the business.
Duties:
- Setting up and maintaining records on customers
- Entering and maintaining orders
- Handling all customer queries
- Collections
- Assist with the e-billing and delivery of invoices
- Ensure the timely delivery and payment of bills.
- Manage transfers of time/costs and write-offs.
- Produce credit notes as necessary.
- General admin duties
