Full Job Description
Contracts Administrator – Temporary (3 Months)
Location: Bellshill
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Contracts Administrator to join a fast-paced and supportive team based in Bellshill. This is a 3-month temporary contract offering a great chance to contribute to a well-established operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the contracts and operational teams
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to ongoing contracts
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure contractual compliance
- Monitor contract timelines and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or contract support role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
