- Passion for community engagement and service
- Basic IT skills for social media and website promotion
Benefits on offer:
- Flexible working hours to accommodate work-life balance
- Opportunity to make a tangible impact in the local community
- Supportive work environment with an emphasis on collaboration
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the community centre, ensuring it meets all safety and operational standards
- Conduct administrative duties, including communication with users and coordinating bookings
- Coordinate and execute regular safety checks and fire drills
- Facilitate cleaning and maintenance following events to maintain high standards
- Promote centre activities and engage the community through social media and website updates
