Progression Coach

As one of the fastest-growing Colleges in the UK, delivering courses from entry level right up to Masters degrees, Weston College is an inspiring place to work. Why not join us as a Progression Coach? This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week. The post-holder will be required to travel across the West of England area with regular attendance at Weston College's South West Skills Campus.
Day to day duties
- Work with Recruitment, Community Learning and Employability delivery teams to source, engage and check eligibility of learners.
- Conduct initial needs assessment to ensure support is tailored to each learner.
- Provide ongoing coaching, one-to-one support and review sessions to all learners on caseload.
Required skills and qualifications
- Experience of managing own caseload.
- Able to work without close supervision, prioritise own workload and meet deadlines.
- Experience of Co-operating with other agencies and partners.
