Full Job Description
As the Family Firm Coordinator, you will:
- Lead the development and delivery of the Family Firm project, supporting care-experienced young people as they transition to adulthood.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with care-experienced young people and key stakeholders, creating a network of support.
- Apply your understanding of trauma and relationship-based practice to address barriers and foster resilience.
- Evaluate and monitor the project's impact and outcomes, presenting findings to funders and stakeholders.
We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who can inspire, connect, and make a meaningful impact on young people's lives., Hold a degree-level qualification in a relevant field. - Have extensive experience working with disadvantaged young people, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their potential.
- Demonstrate a proven ability to build meaningful relationships with disadvantaged young people, colleagues, and external partners.
