Knowledge equivalent to HNC level or SVQIII plus 3 years secretarial experienc
Self-motivated person with excellent communication and organisational skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages and accurate keyboard skills
Proficient IT skills, specifically database and spreadsheet design
Excellent time management skills
Ability to liaise with staff at all levels
Ability to work under pressure
