Full Job Description
Clarkson Owens are delighted to be working with a Global, forward thinking consultancy currently hiring Quantity Surveyors across a number of levels throughout Glasgow and Edinburgh!
With a number of projects within several sectors including Defense, Retail, Infrastructure, Commercial and Real Estate this is not an opportunity to miss out on.
Duties:
- Providing accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to completion.
- Monitor and manage cost variance and contract cash flow.
- Ensuring that applications are made correctly and in a timely manner.
- Collaborating with client and contractor teams to manage the delivery of project deliverables, KPIs, and objectives, including programme performance, cost control.
- Managing contract change effectively, ensuring that projects remain within governance and adopt best practice.
- Driving improvements in the accuracy of forecasts and budgets
