As a senior quantity surveyor, you’ll have the opportunity to take a leading role in your own projects whilst also mentoring junior staff. To give an insight, some of the services this client offer which you’ll have the opportunity be in involved in include; Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Employers Agent, Project Management, CDM services, specialist M&E measurement, billing and costing, procurement and dispute resolution. These services, coupled with the breadth of their sector portfolio, mean you will truly get exposure to all markets.

The client are looking to bring on a candidate with a background in private practice as well as a strong understanding of both Pre and Post Contract work. You’ll be able to manage and deliver projects to a high standard within the agreed deadlines and work with the wider team to ensure the Practice continues to enjoy a sterling reputation.
