Full Job Description
We are looking for a semi-skilled labourer to join our team at Thompson Quarries.

Tasks:
Main Tasks include -
- Assisting quarry & washplant operatives in maintaining machinery and equipment
- Assembling and dismantling equipment
- Removing waste and serviceable materials and equipment from work areas after extraction and screening activities have been completed
- Cleaning machinery, equipment, tools, roadways and haul roads
- Sorting, loading, unloading, stacking and storing tools, materials and supplies used by other workers.
It is essential that the successful candidate is:
- Prepared to progress and develop within our business through training and gaining qualifications.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
- Willing to work regular overtime to meet the needs of the business and has a flexible approach to working hours.
- In possession of a full driving license
- Previous experience with tools, small plant and tractor operation required.
