Position: Office Administrator (with Microsoft Office Skills)

Job Type: Temporary, leading to full-time for the right candidate
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Office hours - 9am - 5pm
Full time based in the office 
Best to have a car as it's not easily accessible through public transport

About the Role:

In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the operational side of construction projects, ensuring smooth communication and coordination between site managers, suppliers, and other stakeholders. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with strong administrative skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel, who want to make a meaningful impact in a growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order materials and equipment for site projects, ensuring timely delivery and accurate inventory.

• Provide administrative support to site managers, assisting with various on-site tasks.

• Maintain up-to-date records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and accessible.

• Communicate effectively with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

• Assist the wider team with a variety of office-based duties, contributing to overall project success.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Experience working within civil and construction companies.

• Familiarity with Scottish Power projects is a bonus, but not essential.

• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

• A proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
