Full Job Description
Centre Host (Part Time)
Fixed hours: Monday to Friday - 1pm to 5.30pm
Western Commercial, Govan
Salary up to £14,285.70

Role Overview
Visitor and Customer Assistance: Greet visitors warmly, monitor showroom customers, and promptly attend to their needs.
Efficient Communication: Manage the switchboard professionally, promptly relay messages, and ensure timely responses to emails and complaints.
Showroom and Facility Maintenance: Keep the showroom and promotional materials well-organised, clean, and fully stocked.
Tracking and Reporting: Record showroom footfall, sales inquiry sources, and maintain an appointment diary; provide weekly updates to the Sales Department.
Support for Events: Assist with promotional activities to enhance customer engagement.
