Full Job Description
Anderson Knight is delighted to be recruiting for a Customer Service role for our client based in Finnieston.
This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the customer journey, working within the Customer Services Team, and reporting to the Customer Services Team Leader.
Salary: £23,000
Hours: 35 per week on a shift rotation of 8-4, 9-5, 10-6, 11-7 and 12-8.
Hybrid working is available following the successful completion training and probation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards at all times.
• Efficiently manage customer support tasks, meeting all deadlines.
• Process daily rental collections, send correspondence, and issue CCA regulatory statements on time.
• Accurately update customer details and generate finance settlement quotes in line with KPIs.
• Resolve customer queries promptly and effectively.
• Comply with FCA regulations for early termination, the unwind process, and vehicle finance cancellations.
• Log all customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Ensure timely Credit Reference Agency reporting and daily asset registration submissions.
• Maintain accurate customer data in line with GDPR requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to foster strong relationships and support business objectives.
Requirements:
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance standards, particularly the Consumer Credit Act.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience in a Customer Services Administrator role or a similar position.
