Full Job Description

Join the Braemar Finance Team where you will process new transactions across key accounts, optimising and building on those valuable existing relationships. Working closely with the Business Development and Customer Relationship teams, you will also assist with the administration around new business and other initiatives. Our ideal Account Manager will have the ability to build effective working relationships both inside and outside the business, they'll be well organised with a strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers via telephone, emails and on occasional face to face meetings.
- Assist the Business Development team with the administration on transactions as required, including Salesforce and Originate data entry, working on proposals, generating paperwork, liaising with the customer and supplier, managing novations and transfers
- Make accurate, rapid quotations and provide customers with relevant information to assist with closing deals
- Develop a strong understanding of the products offered by Braemar Finance
- Proactively work with introducers, acting as the initial contact on new proposals for new and existing customers
- Manage annual reviews, asset valuations and other in-life tasks
- Ensuring that all FCA regulations are adhered with particular attention paid to Treating Customers Fairly and Consumer Duty regulations
You have excellent communications skills both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships with both customers and colleagues at all levels - You have experience providing excellent customer support and / or processing important documentation
- You're a highly organised individual, with effective planning skills
- You're a strong team player, but are also able to work independently at times
- You are driven and self motivated
- You're proactive by nature, with strong initiative and the ability to effectively solve problems IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU:
- Have prior experience in sales or Account Management
- Have experience working in a Financial Service Sector
- Have existing knowledge of professional sectors
