Full Job Description

We are currently looking for a Depot Administrator to join our Lubricants team at Certas in Buckie. Working as part of the Lubricants team, this role will support the depot functions by carrying out daily administrative duties, ensuring that a high level of safety & service are maintained. The Role:

  • Liaise with the Depot Operations team in relation to delivery tickets, printing and distributing the agreed loads accordingly to ensure the highest level of customer service is achieved.
  • Completing all administration accurately, professionally in line with agreed format and timescales
  • Responsible for ensuring the regional / depot admin tasks are actioned day by day
  • Ensure confirmation of delivery tickets
  • Assist with stock receipts
  • Handle customer admin enquiries and ensure response and resolution is achieved
  • Responsible for recording special delivery instructions from tickets at confirmation stage onto the system
  • Review daily orders on hold and liaise with sales team and load planners to produce clearances
  • Ensure correct data is reported on the correct systems at all times this includes stocks, sales confirmations, working hours, driving records etc.
