Full Job Description

For insurance purposes applicants for this role need to be over the age of 25 & have held a drivers licence for 2 years+. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

  • You will be responsible for the full customer experience from booking the first appointment, planning and through to payment being taken.
  • You will engage with our customers in their homes identifying their needs, inspiring and advising them on the best solutions for their life at home.
  • You will keep yourself up to date on IKEA Services and Product Range to offer solutions and services that meet customer needs.
  • You will bring the ambience, inspiration and quality of the IKEA showroom directly into customer's homes.
  • You will work closely with sales targets and other KPI's.

  • You have experience working with a variety of computer programmes including Microsoft Office suite and Planning Tools.

    This role will be a 1 year temporary contract but there may be the option to have this extended depending on customer demand. WHAT WE OFFER
  • The Start Date of employment will be: June 2025
  • The starting salary for this role is £26,400 per annum pro rata, based on skills and experience.
  • Part Time: 20 Hours working 4 days per week including evenings and 3 out of 4 weekends.
  • Full Time: 39 Hours working 5 days per week including evenings and alternate weekends.
