Customer Care Advisor (Dutch Speaking)

Connect Appointments have an exciting opportunity for a Dutch-speaking Customer Care Advisor to join our client's dynamic and growing team. If you're fluent in Dutch and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you!

As a Customer Care Advisor, you will:

Be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers across phone, email, live chat, and social media
Deliver outstanding support and resolve customer queries
Introduce customers to a growing range of products, up-selling and cross-selling where appropriate
Process orders, returns, and refunds in line with company procedures
Keep detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions
Escalate any unresolved issues to the customer relations team
Work to achieve service targets and KPIs (AHT, CSAT, etc.)
Share customer feedback and contribute to service improvements

What we're looking for?

Fluency in Dutch and English - written and spoken
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude
A keen eye for detail and a knack for solving problems
The ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
Confident using CRM systems and standard office software (e.g., MS Office)
