Full Job Description
Interim Group Financial Controller job with our client based in Edinburgh for a 6-month period.
Reporting into the Finance Director, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing the group statutory accounts to meet IFRS
- Leading on the liaison with external auditors
- Producing monthly group consolidated management accounts
- Reviewing actual v budgeted overheads and reforecasting where required
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Business partnering with the wider finance function
- Liaising with external key stakeholders and advisors
- Supervising and managing a small finance team
To apply, you will be a fully qualified accountant, ideally CA, with excellent technical financial accounting skills and reporting under IFRS experience.
Additionally, experience preparing group consolidated accounts and having worked in a multi-currency environment will be beneficial. Ideally this role has an immediate start.
