HGV Class 1 Driver – Ongoing Work | West Lothian | £22.50 per Hour

Driver Hire Edinburgh West is looking for an experienced Class 1 (C+E) Driver to join our team for an exciting ongoing contract with a well-established client in West Lothian. If you're a reliable and professional driver seeking consistent weekend or shift-based work, this opportunity is for you!

Shift Patterns Available:

Weekend Work: Saturday & Sunday shifts available on an ongoing basis.
4 on, 4 off rota: A structured schedule offering a great work-life balance.

Your Role:

As a Class 1 Driver, you’ll be responsible for:

Completing tipper runs between West Lothian and Edinburgh, ensuring smooth and timely deliveries.

Adhering to all road safety regulations and company transport policies.

Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting any issues promptly.

Providing exceptional service to maintain our client’s reputation for reliability.

Pay Rate:

£22.50 per hour (PAYE) – Competitive rates with weekly pay.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of HGV Class 1 (C+E) driving experience – essential.

Tipper experience preferred but not essential – full training provided.

A valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence with up-to-date CPC and Digital Tachograph card.

A strong understanding of road transport regulations and a commitment to safe driving.
