We are looking for a Yard Operative/ Van Driver to join us at Huws Gray Airdrie! If you're in the trade or have ever tackled a home improvement project, you've probably heard of us. Here's a quick overview of some of the things you can expect to do as a Yard Operative/ Van Driver with Huws Gray:

• Serving our customers out in the yard, providing a good knowledge of the best products for their projects
• Supporting with incoming deliveries, making sure stock in the yard is put away correctly and kept tidy in line with Health & Safety guidelines
• Working as a team to help our drivers by loading and unloading vehicles
• Making deliveries in branch vehicles as and when required
• Safeguarding against loss and theft of stock by being security conscious at all times, We know that you are more than just a CV and embracing everyone's individuality is what makes us great as a team. We can give you plenty of training and equip you with the tools that you'll need to succeed as a Yard Operative/ Van Driver. Although not essential, a forklift licence would be an advantage for this role. As this role will require driving and making deliveries in a company van, you will need a full UK driving licence for the role.
