Full Job Description
Your new company
Hays is delighted to be working with a large, reputable organisation in Dundee City Centre to provide temporary reception cover for a short period.
Your new role
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
- Manage the front of house area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Provide support to other departments as needed
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and a team player
What you'll get in return
