Teacher of Craft, Design & Technology, Broxburn Academy, 35 hours per week, Fixed Term until 9th August 2026, Closing Date 27th March 2025

Broxburn Academy is a thriving and caring learning community which serves the families of Broxburn, Uphall, Uphall Station, Pumpherston and Dechmont.

We work very closely with our affiliated cluster primaries which include Broxburn PS, Kirkhill PS, Uphall PS, Pumpherston and Uphall Station Community PS and we also receive a number of out of catchment requests.

Our current school roll is 819.

This post is considered Regulated Work with Vulnerable Children and/or Protected Adults, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007.  Successful candidates will be required to join the Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme Update check prior to commencing employment and the cost will be met by the candidate.

The fee for a Full PVG Scheme Membership is £59 or Existing Member is £18.
