Money Matters Advice Service require a Customer Services Assistant to join their Community Wellbeing Team in David Dale House to cover the above position. You will contribute to the delivery of the service, providing both a call handling service and digital response service utilising current communication and IT systems. You will provide a triage service, facilitating immediate benefit checks, emergency support and seamless referrals to the most appropriate team for advice and assistance. Customer service experience, effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential along with the ability to display relevant IT skills. You will have the ability to work on your own initiative as well as being part of a very busy team.
Full training will be provided to the successful applicant.
