As a Security Officer at Sodexo in Glasgow, you'll be a calm, reassuring presence and a key part of creating a safe and secure environment for everyone on site. You'll be working from the main gatehouse, helping protect people, property, and operations through vigilance, professionalism, and great communication. • Manage site access and welcome all personnel and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Conduct regular security patrols and respond quickly to any incidents
• Maintain accurate logs and reports - from visitor check-ins to incident records
• Operate CCTV and security systems where required
• Support emergency procedures and liaise with emergency services as needed
  
  Prior experience in a similar Security role
• Valid SIA licence
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential for the site's access requirements)
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and think clearly in challenging situations
• Strong communication skills and a professional approach
