TEMPORARY POST UNTIL 01/09/2025
To liaise with all parties involved in implementing the Housing Capital Programme and in particular to perform the following key functions: -
- To Carry out Quality checking on Capital Programme upgrade works to ensure value for money
- To liaise between the Housing Investment Team, Housing Management
- Operational Team, other Council services, external contractors and tenants in the delivery of successful upgrade programmes.
- Responsible for organising Tenant Choice activities involved in the programme
- Administer Tenant Satisfaction measures in relation to the Housing Capital Programme.
- Responsible for recording Capital Programme Data in Property IT Databases and analysing the information within the Asset Database
- Assessing site works and ensuring that Health and Safety Practices are being stringently followed as per the agreed contract.
