Full Job Description
The candidate will report functionally to the EHS Leader and operationally to the Lead EHS Specialist, requiring an in depth EHS knowledge and technical expertise promoting and maintaining a safe working environment and culture. Key Activities
- Provide EHS guidance and support to Production teams
- Complete audits in accordance with the company and legislative requirements
- Completing & reviewing risk assessments
- Providing EHS support to the management of change process
- Maintenance of relevant EHS documentation, procedures, including the EHS Gensuite system
- Participate and Lead Teams - Framework 2.0
- Assist in continual development of best practice sharing and communication
- Participation in Accident Investigations, Hazard identification and Risk reduction initiatives/ campaigns
- Actively participate in environment related initiatives
- Collation and reporting of EHS Metrics
- Facilitate and Coordinate EHS Training
NEBOSH General Certificate - Excellent communication skills
- PC Literate
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to lead team
- Engineering & Technical experience
- Requirement to be flexible to provide EHS support/training across shifts Desirable:
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
- IEMA Certification
- EHS training experience and/or training qualification
