Full Job Description
Key Responsabilities:
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance (PPM) on all on-site machinery and equipment.
Quickly identify and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
Contribute to ongoing improvements by proactively identifying faults and conducting root cause analyses.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Keep precise records in the site's CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
Review maintenance data to detect patterns and help implement corrective measures.
Collaborate with production teams to maintain smooth and efficient factory operations.
Weekend shifts may be required based on business needs.
Desired Qualifications:
Recognized engineering certification (HNC/HND or equivalent).
Extensive mechanical and electrical maintenance experience (experience with industrial laundry or production equipment is a plus).
Proficient in using CMMS and applying best practices in maintenance.
Hands-on, proactive approach with strong troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
This role is Monday to Friday working 08:00-16:00 (40 hours per week) paying 22.50 per hour (equivilent of 46,800 per anum).
