You will contribute to ensuring a positive learning environment which encourages active participation and enables all learners to achieve their full potential, through the effective learning and teaching of students by assisting in the development, delivery and assessment of relevant resources.
This will involve supporting the Curriculum Quality Manager in the delivery of the department curriculum to the quality and standards required, through an integrated learning experience that supports the student journey and high-quality learning and teaching experiences.
You should be qualified to a minimum of an HND or equivalent in a relevant Engineering discipline. Relevant teaching and/or industry experience would be advantageous. You will have excellent motivational, communication and organisational skills. A comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 tools is essential. It is also desirable, but not essential, that you hold or are working towards a professional teaching qualification.
