Full Job Description
Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking for your next challenge? Our client, a highly respected manufacturer of bespoke products for the construction industry, is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Glasgow.
Operating across both domestic and light commercial sectors, this is an excellent opportunity to join a business that prides itself on quality craftsmanship, long-standing industry relationships, and a collaborative working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender documents
- Monitor project budgets and provide regular cost reports
- Manage contract administration and valuations
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage risk
- Support project delivery from inception through to final account
About You:
- Degree educated in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Proven experience within domestic and light commercial projects
- Strong understanding of construction methods and building regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
- Proficient in relevant QS software and Microsoft Office
What’s on Offer:
