Full Job Description
Our retained client is a UK based PLC in the Travel & Tourism industry with an exciting opening to become the General Manager of one of the Prestige Brands within their overall portfolio.
The role is an exciting combination of Business Development, Operational Control & People Management. We are therefore looking not only for someone who has covered these skills before but is also able to clearly demonstrate outstanding personal skills in time-management and Project Management.
Initially at least, we need someone who is an outstanding business developer who has worked in the Travel & Tourism sector or who has been in a role that has strong ties to that sector.
This is an exciting opportunity to grow a small prestige brand within a PLC, in many ways it feels like a Mini-MD role more than just General Manager. This is a great role for career positioning too, with such broad opportunity within the parent company for individual growth.
On offer is a fantastic salary in the region of £55k-£60k plus good bonus and benefits in this wonderfully unique role
