As Retail Operations Manager you will have a breadth of experience of new shop openings, along with operating shops in a range of locations such as high street, travel hubs and out of town., Colleague Networks - internal groups where colleagues and their allies can share their own experiences, offer feedback on the way we do things at Greggs, and provide support to one another About the role
- This is a full-time role, however flexibility in this will be considered

- The base location for this role will be in the West of Scotland.

Influencing & Making Impact About you We are looking for highly experienced, talented individuals with drive, who can demonstrate: Proven experience in a Retail Regional Operations Manager role or similar. Driven with an eagerness to grow and develop your career. Has a proven track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction. Has experience of managing and delivering to deadlines. Ability to think about the wider picture and make sound decisions. Experience of working with and influencing senior management. Experience of developing innovative solutions and contributing to strategic planning. Extensive vocational experience. Present a welcoming attitude to change and adjust dynamically to continuous business change and improvement. Proven commercial acumen with accountability for achieving and excelling company targets. Proven ability to use initiative and set direction. Demonstrable communication and influencing skills with the ability to build strong relationships. Highly numerate with strong focus on statistical analysis. Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
We have a fantastic opportunity to join the North team at Greggs as a Retail Operations Manager. The successful candidate will own the delivery and operation of a diverse retail portfolio across our shop estate throughout Dumfries and Cumbria.
