Could you be our next Graduate within our Resilience team?

In this role you will gain experience in a range of areas of work and will be required to:

  • Support the development and review of emergency and business continuity plans
  • Assist with training, exercises, and public information
  • Help administer our business continuity system
  • Contribute to multi-agency planning and meetings
  • Support community and business resilience work
  • Provide support during incidents and emergencies
  • Lead an improvement project with guidance

The ideal person for this role will be proactive, adaptable, and committed to making a positive impact in their work.

You will have an HND or above in Risk Management, Event Management, Emergency Planning, Business Continuity, Geography or other recognised relevant subject.

We look for core skills for all our graduate posts which are:

  • Good written and oral communication

  • Team working
  • Computer skills including use of MS Office
  • Ability to use your initiative and organise your own workload
