Full Job Description
In this role, you will impact the company's success by managing and growing a portfolio of strategic accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships. You will develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. By building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions, you will contribute to customer satisfaction and the overall success of the company. Additionally, you will identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions.
Customer Business Manager - Space Responsibilities:
· Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships, including the European Space Agency and the UK Space Agency
· Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
· Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions
· Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth
· Provide mentorship and guidance to account managers and sales teams
