This is a hybrid opportunity and you will be required to based at our Edinburgh offices 3 days every week, We invite you to join a rapidly evolving, passionate team at Dexcom headquarters in Edinburgh! In the role of Senior Forecasting Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing commercial data, identifying trends, and making accurate predictions to support our company's decision-making processes. This position provides an outstanding opportunity to bring to bear your analytical skills to drive business growth and impact the company's bottom line. The scope of responsibilities includes coverage of EMEA, India & LATAM regions. Where you come in:

• You develop and integrate various commercial analytics to inform key forecast assumptions and provide a data-driven point of view on the impact of product and market events.
• You lead the short-term and long-term forecasts of both inline and upcoming products.
• You collaborate critically and coordinate with pricing, corporate and regional finance, corporate and regional sales, marketing (particularly for new product introduction), and operations.
• You model the impact of change and easily visualize its effects on all areas of your business.
• You clearly and concisely present forecast assumptions and results to senior leadership.
• You provide forecasts to sales operations for IC goal setting and S&OP for manufacturing and planning.
• You partner effectively and collaborate with internal divisions to integrate key market dynamics and cross-functional expertise into demand forecasts.
• You perform mid-quarter variance analysis to assess the accuracy of forecasts and summarize key drivers for senior leadership.
• You drive alignment with commercial leaders around the forecasting process, including assumptions documentation and sign-off.
• You contribute to the continuous improvement of forecasting processes and methodologies., Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
  
  You have a few years of professional experience in a Demand Planning or FP&A function.
• Your advanced Excel skills enable you to build logical models.
• You have direct experience and understanding of Revenue Forecasting.
• You understand database structure and manipulation.
• You have experience with Visualization Software, such as Tableau or similar. Experience with SQL would be an advantage.
• You are proficient in verbal and written communication in English (German, Dutch or another language would be an advantage), Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 - 8 years of related experience.
