The Council's Property Maintenance Team are seeking to recruit 2 Property Officer/Clerk of Works. The posts are within Property Maintenance Section which covers the whole Argyll and Bute area and is split between the team members. Both posts will be based in Kilmory, although this is negotiable.

Property Services are therefore seeking two highly motivated individuals who have a determination to succeed and deliver first class results with a strong customer focus. These roles require someone who has the ability to balance a diverse workload, prioritise tasks, plan and meet deadlines. These roles will be mainly emergency and planned maintenance, with the addition of some Clerk of Works duties. The successful candidates should be able to work to their own initiative, with minimum supervision, and as part of a team.

The post holders are required to travel effectively and efficiently throughout Argyll and Bute and beyond to meet the needs of the service. These posts are permanent - 35 hours per week Monday to Friday.
