Full Job Description
We're seeking a Supplier Management Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract to join our client, a leading financial services organisation.
If you have experience managing supplier relationships within professional services, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make an impact.
Location: Glasgow or Edinburgh (Hybrid Working)
Hours: 4 days per week (28 hours)

Your Role
You'll play a key role in supplier selection, onboarding, and performance management, working closely with internal teams. Responsibilities include:
- Implementing and embedding a supplier management framework across the business.
- Supporting supplier onboarding, due diligence, and governance processes.
- Maintaining accurate supplier records and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Supporting stakeholders with supplier reviews, KPIs, and issue resolution.
- Driving cost savings, risk mitigation, and operational efficiencies.
What You'll Bring
- Supplier management experience within a professional services environment.
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to assess contractual, risk, and compliance requirements.
- Experience working with data management systems (e.g., SharePoint).
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
