Full Job Description
The job is available is due to new business wins further expansion, and the successful applicant will be in a key role working at the forefront of the team also managing your own set of DB and some DC schemes. Previous technical defined benefit/ final salary pensions experience is essential, in addition some experience in client management and Defined Contribution schemes would be beneficial. Professional qualifications such as PMI are desirable, but not essential and they will support you in gaining such qualifications. A background within a third party environment is desirable but not essential.
You will be working with clients who have a mixture of defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes. Technical knowledge of cradle to grave pensions administration is required, a thorough understand of scheme rules and current legislation and project management. Interacting with trustees, actuaries and HNW individuals/employers. There will also be quality checking, training/coaching involved working at a senior level and elements of client facing time.
