Mortgage Advisor (New Build) / whole of the market / Glasgow / £30,000 - £45,000 basic salary (OTE £70,000 - over £100,000) plus excellent benefits / Hybrid working / full time

We are working on an exclusive basis with our client to secure a top performing Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join their new build department in Glasgow.

This exciting opportunity offers the right candidate high earnings, steady flow of quality leads and the future prospect of leading the department.

The business has key account status with all the major lenders and providers and offers whole of the market advice on both mortgage and protection products.

As well as providing advice, you will be the key relationship manager with a major housebuilder.

Customer advice is fee free and you will enjoy admin support and hybrid working as well as highly competitive earnings.

The commission structure has no threshold so you will earn commission on any business written.

The successful candidate can expect to make site visits and attend housebuilder events. They will also be fed second hand residential leads during quieter months.

Required experience, skills and qualifications:

• At least two years' experience as a CeMAP qualified whole of the market mortgage & protection advisor;
• Able to cope with high volume;
• Target-driven, hard-working and self-motivated;
• Excellent team-working, customer service and interpersonal skills;
• Willing to work every second weekend;
• Leadership potential for those keen to progress their career into line management.
