Full Job Description
Rutherford Cross is delighted to be partnered with our key client to appoint an Interim Management Accountant for a short-term contract. This role is based just outside of the City Centre and is primarily based on-site.
The key responsibilities include:
- Business partnering with operations colleagues
- Ensuring all month end tasks are completed to agreed schedule and relevant deadlines are met
- Preparing monthly management accounts that includes P&L budget tracking, reporting and insight analysis
- Weekly reporting on unplanned reactive spend, engaging with team to identify chargeable activity
- Preparing reactive billing on timely basis to customer following month-end close
- Following up with operational team on any cost insight analysis required
- Assisting with ad hoc/project work as required by Lead Business Partner
