Oliver Smith Recruitment are working in partnership with our key client in Queenslie to hire a Administrator on a permanent basis.
In this role, the Administrator will play an integral part in the business' future success, being tasked with processing invoices, receipts, payments, Credit Control and other financial transactions; working closely with all areas of the business from operations, sales, support to help co-ordinate relevant processes and implement improvements in areas of the business, as well as supporting and assisting the company's future growth plans.
Duties:
- Manage Financial aspects
- Monitor completed jobs and raise invoices.
- Process and validate invoices from subcontractors and suppliers for payment.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support the Director with ledger updates.
- Support day-to-day office administration, including answering phone calls and managing
