Full Job Description
- Respond to any repair or maintenance issues throughout the hotel as and when they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to guest services.
- Carry out regular checks and maintenance procedures to prevent breakdowns and ensure the smooth running of the hotel's facilities.
- Oversee the painting of public and back-of-house areas to maintain the hotel's aesthetic appeal and upkeep.
- Be responsible for the tools, materials, and supplies used during maintenance duties, ensuring they are properly stored and maintained.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Maintenance Technician to join our family on a full time basis. This position reports to the Maintenance Manager. We are looking for someone that has previous experience as a Maintenance Technician with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team with great communication skills, both verbal and written., A background as a Maintenance Technician, ideally in a hotel or similar hospitality setting. - The ability to work independently, when necessary, while also being a collaborative team player.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with other teams and report issues efficiently.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction and hotel operations.
