We’re looking for an HR Adviser to join our clients team on a 6-month fixed term contract, playing a key role in delivering effective HR support across the business. Based in Edinburgh, this is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys variety in their day-to-day work.

What you'll be doing:

• Providing first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
• Supporting with employee relations matters including absence management, disciplinaries, and grievances
• Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes
• Helping to implement HR policies and procedures
• Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in an HR Adviser or similar generalist HR role
• Solid understanding of UK employment law and best practice
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage a busy and varied workload with confidence
• CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) is desirable
