Role Overview
HR Advice & Guidance: Provide proactive, solutions-focused HR advice to managers on a range of people matters, ensuring alignment with employment legislation and business objectives while liaising with relevant stakeholders as needed.
Performance Management Support: Coach and support managers in applying performance frameworks effectively, promoting accountability, capability development, and continuous improvement.
Disciplinary & Grievance Management: Support the fair and consistent handling of disciplinary and grievance matters, attending hearings where required and maintaining accurate, compliant documentation throughout.
Onboarding: Deliver a seamless onboarding experience through structured check-ins and tailored training coordination.
Projects that Add Value: Lead and contribute to high-impact projects that solve key business challenges and deliver long-term value to the organisation.
