We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our clients dynamic team on an initial 3-month contract with scope for the role to become permanent. This is a broad, all-encompassing role covering both the UK and European markets, so we need an adaptable and hands-on HR professional who can hit the ground running. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing end-to-end HR operations across the UK and EMEA, providing comprehensive HR support.
• Partnering with managers to advise on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Handling a wide range of employee relations (ER) cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management.
• Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, working closely with hiring managers.
• Ensuring compliance with UK and European employment law, helping to streamline processes and maintain best practices.
• Contributing to HR projects and initiatives, supporting business needs during a busy period.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in a generalist HR Advisor role, ideally with exposure to EMEA.
• Strong employee relations experience and the ability to coach and guide managers.
• A proactive, problem-solving approach with a strong business mindset.
• Comfortable in a small team, able to work independently and take ownership.
• Good knowledge of UK employment law (European knowledge is a bonus!)
