Are you an experienced and people-focused HR professional ready to take the next step in your career? We’re working with a fast-growing, multi-site healthcare organisation with a strong presence across Scotland, currently looking to appoint a Regional HR Manager to support practices across the Edinburgh area.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you’ll take full ownership of all HR activity within your region. You’ll be the key HR contact for a group of practices, providing hands-on generalist support to managers and teams, ensuring the consistent delivery of best-practice HR across recruitment, performance management, employee relations, talent development, and engagement initiatives.
You’ll partner with operational leaders to deliver and embed a people-first culture and will play a vital role in translating central HR strategy into localised people plans that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted HR partner to practice managers across the Edinburgh region.
- Support and coach managers on employee relations, performance, and development matters.
- Champion employee engagement and embed a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Work closely with the wider HR team to implement people strategies that support business growth.
- Manage change effectively across your region, ensuring alignment with overall business priorities.
- Provide insight and data to support business decisions and people planning.
About You:
- CIPD qualified (or working towards) with broad generalist HR experience.
- Confident, collaborative, and proactive with strong influencing and communication skills.
- Experienced in managing employee relations and supporting managers through change.
- Organised, self-motivated and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
- A valid UK driving licence is essential due to regular travel to regional locations.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a values-led organisation during an exciting period of growth, where you’ll have a real influence on the company’s people strategy and culture.
