Iconic Resourcing HR are delighted to be recruiting for a newly created Training & Development Manager to join our client, a business built on strong values.
We’re looking for a Training & Development Manager to lead and enhance training initiatives, ensuring teams are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to succeed. Reporting into the senior leadership team, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing managers, overseeing apprenticeship programs, and driving compliance and best practices across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions to enhance leadership capabilities.
- Manage the full apprentice lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding and ongoing mentorship.
- Oversee compliance training, audits, and record-keeping systems to maintain best-in-class learning practices.
- Manage and support multiple training teams, fostering collaboration and driving high-performance learning strategies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce innovative training solutions to support business growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- A passionate learning & development professional with experience in training design and delivery.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams while managing multiple projects.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Experience in compliance training and apprenticeship programs is highly desirable.
- A strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
