HR Assistant (Business Improvement)
Human Resources
Full time (35 hours per week),
Salary £24,530 per annum
This is fantastic entry level position for an enthusiastic, organised, and dynamic HR Assistant to join the HR Department.
You will provide critical support to the HR Business Improvement team. Initially this support will be focussed around the ongoing project to digitise employee files but will also include support for key cyclical activities such as auto enrolment and data checking/inputting alongside monitoring and reviewing the online HR portal to ensure information remains up to date and accurate.
You will also have the opportunity to engage in more creative work by supporting the development of and maintenance of online content relating to employee wellbeing and working with the HR Deputy Director on a range of learning and development programmes across a range of platforms.
It would be an added bonus if you have a background in providing HR administrative support in a similar role. However, if you’re interested in Human Resources, we will coach you on a number of areas, so candidates from all sectors that believe have the required skills and values are encouraged to apply.
