Full Job Description
Anderson Knight Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with our esteemed client to appoint an experienced HR Officer for a 12 month FTC which could lead to a permanent position. Our client is looking for the individual to start ASAP. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional to contribute to the development and implementation of effective people strategies within a progressive and supportive organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with UK employment law
- Coordinate training and development initiatives
- Manage employee relations matters with discretion and professionalism
- Provide guidance to staff on HR best practice and company policies
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience within a similar HR role (minimum of 2 years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office packages
- CIPD qualification or currently working towards it (desirable)
