People Operations Team-Employee Service Centre

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who has extensive experience of working within a fast-paced HR customer service role. The Employee Service Centre comprises of the following teams:

HR Transformation and Engagement

  • People Operations
  • HR Compliance and Audit
  • HR process reengineering
  • People Helpdesk
  • Workforce Engagement and Employee Website administration

Payroll & Pensions Team

Workforce Resourcing

  • Recruitment

Workforce Systems and Analytics

  • Analytics
  • Workforce Systems Admin
  • Workforce Systems Development

Role Overview

As a Senior Advisor within HR Transformation – People Operations Team, you will:

  • Supervise day-to-day activities of People Operations Advisors, managing workloads and ensuring payroll deadlines and service level agreements are adhered to.
  • Oversee the accurate and timely processing of HR transactions across the full employee lifecycle to termination.
  • Support the Team Lead in driving digitilisation agenda, enhancing processes and promoting employee and manager self-service.
  • Act as a key point of contact for employees and managers, resolving transactional HR queries and complaints with sensitivity and professionalism.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the Tea Lead when necessary.

 What we are Looking For

We are seeking a proactive individual who can thrive under pressure and manage conflicting priorities. You should be:

  • Skilled in time management and confident working independently
  • Experienced in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable, challenging existing practices and embrace change.
  • Open and receptive to supporting digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong IT proficiency, particularly in MS Office; familiarity with ITrent and MYNL Portal would be advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Sharp analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail
  • Educated to SVQ3, HNC, or equivalent level.
  • Knowledgeable in HR policies, procedures, and relevant legislation
