People Operations Team-Employee Service Centre
We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who has extensive experience of working within a fast-paced HR customer service role. Role Overview
As a Senior Advisor within HR Transformation – People Operations Team, you will:
- Supervise day-to-day activities of People Operations Advisors, managing workloads and ensuring payroll deadlines and service level agreements are adhered to.
- Oversee the accurate and timely processing of HR transactions across the full employee lifecycle to termination.
- Support the Team Lead in driving digitilisation agenda, enhancing processes and promoting employee and manager self-service.
- Act as a key point of contact for employees and managers, resolving transactional HR queries and complaints with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the Tea Lead when necessary.
What we are Looking For
We are seeking a proactive individual who can thrive under pressure and manage conflicting priorities. You should be:
- Skilled in time management and confident working independently
- Experienced in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Comfortable, challenging existing practices and embrace change.
- Open and receptive to supporting digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong IT proficiency, particularly in MS Office; familiarity with ITrent and MYNL Portal would be advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sharp analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail
- Educated to SVQ3, HNC, or equivalent level.
- Knowledgeable in HR policies, procedures, and relevant legislation
