Syme Drummond has an excellent opportunity for an Interim Organisational Development Manager which can be remote or hybrid from any of their 36 offices across Scotland. This is a pivotal role offering a competitive salary of £46,682 alongside an array of benefits.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will lead and execute significant OD projects within the People Programme, providing leadership to a team of four. Your expertise in HR and project management will drive the implementation of a new operational model while fostering a consultative approach across the organisation.
