Are you looking to advance your career in the Reward space? We’re partnering with an organisation that is expanding its Reward function and looking for a Senior Consultant to join them.

Essential Experience:

Managing pay cycles and reward programs
Delivering reward projects, including pay and bonus reviews, and annual benefits
Applying job evaluation methodologies
Conducting data analysis and assessing impact
Confidently making decisions and engaging in challenging conversations

Desired Experience:

Experience with union pay negotiations
Knowledge of restructures and TUPE from a reward perspective
