This is a hybrid role which can be based from our fantastic Edinburgh or Glasgow offices, or virtual working.   • Working with Aon colleagues to ensure the highest level of service to each assigned Client
  • This includes collaborating closely with Client Managers to fully understand the Client's business and insurance requirements, attending client visits as required, communicating terms of settlement to Clients
  • Managing own small book of clients, referring to Client Manager where required
  • Marketing and negotiating terms with insurers to achieve optimum solution for the Client
  • Preparation of marketing presentations, renewal reports and cover comparisons
  • Communicating terms of settlement to Client, ensuring premiums are debited (and allocated appropriately where necessary) and assisting with maintenance of Aon's credit control standards
  • Providing ongoing communication with the Client following queries and/or alterations, ensuring the Client Manager is kept appraised of developments
  • Establishing and developing effective working relationships with Insurers, providing the Client with comment re the cover, service and industry knowledge a specific Insurer could deliver to them
  • Identifying programme design improvements and revenue growth opportunities for Clients
  • Ensuring contract certainty is delivered
  • Be seen by colleagues as someone who is supportive and helpful, expertly representing Aon and their corporate objectives, and taking ownership of problems and their resolution
  • Aligning with regulatory and other standards as advised by line management; responsible for working in accordance with the Aon Risk Management Framework, and compliance with Aon policies, including participation in the management of risks (inc completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.
